Where can I find a gift certificate or FAQs?

I would like to purchase a gift certificate for my girlfriend. Do you offer one?

Yes, we offer gift vouchers. Simply pay for the voucher through our payment gateway and we will send you a beautiful gift voucher that you can then give as a gift. The birthday person will then call us and book a time that suits both parties (sometimes we are fully booked, so we will suggest a different date)

How long does it take to deliver a season ticket?

It's instant! After purchase, you will receive an email with a payment confirmation link and also an invitation to your mobile calendar.

What are your cancellation policies?

1. (Within one hour of purchase) We allow changes to your booking within one hour of placing your order. This may include a full refund or a change to the class date and time, depending on availability. To change your booking or request a refund, please email us via the contact form.

2. (72 hours before class) If you are no longer able to attend your pre-booked date, we can provide you with a gift voucher for the value of your original booking. This voucher is valid for 3 months. If you wish to cancel your booking and redeem your voucher, please email us via the contact form.

3. (Less than 72 hours notice) If you are no longer able to attend or have a sudden emergency that prevents you from attending, you may forward your ticket to a family member or friend. Please only contact the mobile number provided in your puppy yoga class confirmation email.
