How are the classes going?
We offer 1-hour classes for all levels of yoga, led by experienced instructors. During our classes, you can enjoy a pleasant atmosphere where puppies run freely around you and join in your practice. Our classes are full of fun, cuddles, stretching and laughter. You will leave with a smile on your face and full of positive emotions.

Are lessons difficult? I am a beginner.
Absolutely not! Our Puppy Yoga in Florida towns like Sarasota, Tampa, Orlando or Miami are super easy and totally beginner-friendly. It’s designed so even absolute newbies can jump right in, stretch a little, laugh a lot, and just enjoy time with playful pups.

- Where do the lessons take place?
We always bring beautiful set up of either yoga studio or art gallery where people enjoy the atmosphere with small puppies and yoga instructor. We launched in 2025 in Sarasota and continue to grow to Tampa, Orlando, Miami
- Can I bring my own dog?
Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons, you cannot bring any furry friends to our meetings, even if they are vaccinated. We bring the certified puppies from official breeding stations. Some of the are still for sales.
- Where are the puppies from?
Our puppies come from professional breeding stations with certificates. We do not use dogs from so-called unethical puppy mills without papers. Our puppies are 8 - 12 weeks old and are ready for socialisation. All puppies are properly vaccinated and healthy. In our lessons, we make sure that each participant has enough interaction with the puppy. That is why we maintain a balanced ratio of 1:3
- Is it safe for puppies?
The space and equipment are disinfected with animal-safe disinfectant before each lesson, and toys are washed at 90 degrees after each lesson. We also ask all participants to remove their shoes before entering the studio to avoid the risk of catching any diseases and parasites. Puppies have had one vaccination and are at least 8 weeks old.
- What is the price for one lesson?
The price for a puppy yoga class is $59.

- Is there an age limit? Can I bring a child to a puppy yoga class?
Yes, we have an age limit. Children from 7 years old can participate accompanied by a parent. Children from 12 years old can come with a signed parental declaration. Children from 15 years old can come unsupervised.
